- Where can I buy your products?
POSTENIO™'s posters, art prints & frames can be purchased only through our website www.postenio.com.
- Do you have gift cards?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any gift cards at this time. Please check our website www.postenio.com for future availability.
ORDERS:
- Where do you ship from?
We ship all our products from our HQ of POSTENIO™ in Greece.
- Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do offer free shipping for orders of 59€ or more in Europe. At this time for United States and Canada we can not offer free shipping, please check our website www.postenio.com for future availability.
- When will my order ship?
Postenio.com orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (we do not ship on weekends or major holidays).
- When will my order arrive?
For Europe the delivery time is between 3-7 business days after processing. When you select "Fast Shipping" option with "DHL EXPRESS" you can expect your order to arrive 3 business days in Europe after it's processed.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept, Apple pay, Amazon pay, Google pay, Klarna, Visa, MasterCard & Paypal. We are unable to accept prepaid gift cards, checks or money orders.
- I have a question about my order, who can I talk too?
