What is Glicée printing?
The word "Glicée" is French for "sprayed ink". Glicée printing offers extra-fine image resoluton, helping retain a higher degree of detail from the original fine art or photographic images.
How long does Glicée print last?
Giclée prints are known for their durability and archival quality. When properly cared for, they can last 100+ years without fading, thanks to high-quality inks and professional-grade paper. This makes them an excellent choice for preserving art with vibrant colors and fine detail over time.
The high quality inks and perspex glazes we use on our frames offer great sunlight-resistance, but direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time could still fade a the print. Cheaper alternatives will fade rapidly in direct sunlight.
Artworks are listed in cm & inches, which will I receive?
We produce prints and frames in both metric (centimetres) and imperial (inches) sizes. The sizing system being used depends on the country in which your order is being produced.
Country of production:
🇪🇺 EU = cm
🇬🇧 UK = cm
🇦🇺 AU = inches
🇺🇸 US = inches
For example, an artwork size of 61x91cm/24x36″ would be printed at 18×24” if produced in the USA but 61x91cm if printed in the UK/EU. The reason we make this distinction is so that artworks are sized in the measuring systems local customers are most familiar with. For standalone rolled prints, this also allows you to more easily get it frames at your local shop or picture framer.
What back fixtures will my frame have?
Each frame comes with the necessary back fixture, securely attached, making it easy to hang your artwork. The size and country of production will determine which fixture you get. The frame will either be fully strung or with a sawtooth hanger.
I've placed an order, what's next?
Great, so your order has now been sent to the print studio and will soon be produced. As all our art prints and framing is made to order, meaning we elimiate any unnessessary waste by only printing what sells. Don’t worry, this doesn’t mean there’s painfully long production and delivery times, as our studios operate 24/7, with over 80% of products being manufactured and shipped within 24-48 hours.
Can I track my orders?
All orders are sent tracked and you’ll receive tracking info via email once dispatched.
What's your return and exchange policy?

What should I do if the item received is faulty / damaged?
As part of our Postenio Promise, if an order gets damaged in transit, then we’ll reprint and replace your order free of charge. Read our returns policy here.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Once an order goes into production it is automatically booked in with our shipping partner and production enters into multiple automated flows, so changing or cancelling an order is difficult. Feel free to contact us at info@postenio.com and we'll see what we can do.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept, Apple pay, Amazon pay, Google pay, Klarna, Visa, MasterCard & Paypal, Gift Cards.
Which company do you ship?
We ship World-Wide with DHL Express & Economy.
Where do you ship?
We ship in USA, EUROPE, UNITED KINDGOM, AUSTRALIA & CANADA.
What are your Delivery/Shipping lead times.
To eliminate waste and allow for our bespoke frames to be handcrafted, everything sold on Postenio™ is made to order. But this doesn’t mean crazy long waiting times, as print labs operate 24/7, with over 80% of orders being made and then dispatched within 24-48 hours.
Shipping times (after dispatch):
🇬🇧 UK = 3-8 working days
🇺🇸 USA = 4-14 working days
🇪🇺 EU = 3-8 working days
🇦🇺 AUS = 5-14 working days
🌎 Rest of world = 5-14 working days
These times are estimated and may be longer, especially during peak periods or holidays.
Will I be charged import fees?
As we ship from Thessaloniki, Greece your order will not be applicable to customs duties if your delivery address is within the EU.
If your order is going somewhere outside the EU please see below:
US: All orders below approximately 730 EUR (800 USD) will not be applicable to customs duty. On orders above 730 EUR (800 USD), you will be responsible for all additional import taxes.
International & United Kingdom: Customs duty may be applied to your order and is not included in the shipping cost.
Norway: Your order will not be applicable to customs duty.
However, if you are ordering an item over 260 EUR (3000 NOK) that item will be applicable to customs duty but the rest of the items in your order will not.
Please be aware that our x-large prints will be applicable to customs duty.
Australia: All orders below approximately 600 EUR (1000 AUD) will not be applicable to customs duty. On orders above 600 EUR (1000 AUD), you will be responsible for all additional import taxes.
The payable customs duty is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office/tax authorities to get an idea of any extra payment that may apply.
Please note, Postenio™ unfortunately can not advise on this, nor can Postenio™ accept responsibility for these costs on orders outside of the UK, EU, AUS and USA. It is best to speak to your local authorities for more details
